We offer
three different types of maintenance contract, which
can be tailored to suit the individual requirements
of each lift system (for instance, a lift with a constant,
heavy workload will require more regular servicing
than the same lift model installed in a residential
environment).
Standard
Standard cover provides for cleaning, lubrication
and adjustment of the lift equipment at each service
visit. The engineer will inspect and operationally
check the lift and will then submit a written report
on its condition (including recommendations for any
work required). |
|
Comprehensive
This includes all the services above, but also provides
for call-outs during normal working hours, replacement
of parts and labour associated with essential repair
work (whose scope will be specified in the agreement).
Custom
A totally flexible form of cover, which can be designed to suit very specific requirements. From 'caretaker' type contract (ideal for buildings not yet in service) to major 24 hour industrial production plants, we can offer a form of agreement to suit you.
